RETURNS

Changed your mind? You can return any unopened and unused items within 30 days and receive a refund upon receipt. Email hello@solaryard.com.au or contact us here with your order number and we will provide you with the return address. 

We have implemented a $20 restocking fee (for orders under $200) and 20% restocking fee (for orders over $200) for change of mind returns and exchanges. This fee covers the shipping and transaction expenses associated with the initial purchase and subsequent return or exchange. It helps offset the costs we incur for shipping the product to you and processing secure transactions. We strive to provide efficient service while maintaining a fair and sustainable business model. Return postage for change of mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. 

To kickstart the return process, simply reach out to us at hello@solaryard.com.au or contact us here. Once your return is approved, we'll email detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Remember, we only accept items for return if a request has been made beforehand.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please give your order a thorough inspection upon arrival. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, notify us immediately. We're here to assess the issue and make it right for you.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll promptly notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method. Keep in mind that the processing time by your bank or credit card company may vary.

WARRANTY

At Solaryard we are fully committed to customer satisfaction. If you have any issues or queries, please yell out! 

In the unlikely event that a device fails, we offer either a full money back guarantee or a replacement guarantee (at our discretion based on stock levels and availability of spares).  

All Solaryard lights include a 1-year limited warranty excluding our solar festoon lights that come with an extended 2-year warranty. For warranty support, please email us at hello@solaryard.com.au or contact us here.

This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than Solaryard. No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser.
